Hello. This is Simin Kargar.

 

I am a PhD student at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of Johns Hopkins University. Previously, I was a fellow at Harvard's Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society. I research about the interrelations of technology and human rights. At SAIS, I focus on strategic communications, disinformation, and attribution of influence operations.
